Both passenger windows will roll down with their own switch as well as the master switch but they won't roll up with any switch
Front passenger motor has been replaced but same issue

This isn't a motor issue. If it runs one way, it will run the other way unless the cable has become shredded or tangled. The clue is if you watch the interior lights at night with the engine off, they will dim very slightly if the motor is trying to run. That would indicate you don't have a switch or wiring problem. You have a regulator / cable / pulley problem.

You must be aware that either the door switch or the driver's master switch can be at fault, even when one switch works and one doesn't. There are actually four switch contacts in every switch, and two are in use when any ONE switch is activated. That means the released switch can prevent the pressed switch from working.

Without digging out a wiring diagram to get wire colors, replacing the driver's switch is the fastest way to tell if that is the cause of the problem, provided you can find a used switch in a salvage yard. If you are going to have to buy a switch from the dealer, then we'll want to do some tests first to prevent wasting money on unneeded parts.

I'm recommending the driver's switch only because you have two failed circuits and they both have the driver's switch in common. You could also have two bad passenger switches.

Yep, it sounds like the master switch is bad, this can cause a windows to sometimes work and then not, the clue is the problem effects more than one window which all lead through the master switch.
