I want to know if I can take a window from a 2008 e350 mercedes benz and put it into a 2006 s500 mercedes benz?

Hello,

Unfortunately the windows the for E class and the S class are not interchangeable. They have unique part numbers. They will not line up.

I am assuming you have a broken window?

Yes the front passenger side window was busted out by someone and the driver side window was attempted to be busted out it's holding on by the tent on my window.

That's terrible. Unfortunately the window size/shape and mounting points are not the same for the S and the E class.
