Windshield wipers and indicators

Hi I was wondering if any can help me, I got into my car this morning and my wipers, indicators and lights have stopped working. the lights stay on but I cannot switch them off unless I turn the car off, my window wipers only work when I use the spray to clean the window and the indicators do not work at all.

Did you ever manage to fix this problem? I’m having the exact same problem now on my 2006 Clio and I haven’t seen many others with the same issues.
