Window Regulator Replacement

Hi, I need to replace the window regulator on my 2007 Buick Lucerne. I can't find how to take the door panel off. What is holding the door closing handle on on the inside. I only see one screw near the unlatch handle/flipper. Any pictures or help! Driving me nuts!
Also there is a rubber piece that hangs down on the front end that is torn and I can't find it in any parts places to know what to call it. It just fastens to the underside of the front bumper. I need to replace it.

Sean, THANKS!! That helps a lot! Now, what do you call the rubber thing under the bumper? Mine is black in color. The wife tore it half off on one of those cement parking blocks. I need to replace it cause it is hanging half off and I don't want to tear it off if I can fix it some how. Any ideas on a fix?

I would check a junk yard or the internet for a replacement. This would be cheaper then ordering OEM.
