Window regulator removal

Hello, I am Danny.

After removing the door panel you will have access to the Power Window Motor and Regulator. It is held to the door and tracks with a few bolts.The window glass is held to the regulator. I have attached a tutorial showing how to remove the door panel but, I could not find a regulator tutorial. I have attached a picture also of a new regulator and they sell for roughly $70.00. I have the panel off. I see several bolts but I do not know which ones to remove. Also, the window glass is sitting on the bottom of door. I can lift it up and down using my hands and I do not know how to proceed!
