Window grinding

I replaced driver door window motor a month ago and problem fixed. Now passenger is doing the same thing, but new motor did not fix.

While raising only, the window hits three points where it stops and grinds. As I pull up on the glass and wiggle, the motor engages again until the next spot it stops.

The new motor did not fix. With the inner panel still installed, I inspected the regulator and the proper hardware installation and saw nothing abnormal to indicate a bad regulator. Without taking the regulator out and replacing, i cannot determine if that is the problem or if it is something else.

Any advice is appreciated. I have a video if it helps. Not sure if it actually attached to this request.
