Ordered replacement switch because driver's window was trying to drop and lift. This drained the battery completely.

Replaced switches and jumped off battery. Windows still do not function. Doors will unlock with a button but no sound when attempting to lock from the switch. Circuit breaker CB2 is closed. I need to know where to test to see where I'm losing voltage. Or I need a good, clear schematic.

That sounds like a broken power feed or ground wire to the door. Easy way to test. Take a common test light or even a headlight bulb with wires attached. Pull the connector off the switch and find pin 12 Tan wire. With the test light grounded you should have power there with the key on. If not, that wire is broken. If yes, disconnect the ground side of the test light and connect it to pin 4 Black wire. Key on light should light. If not but it lit earlier that ground is bad. The common failure point is in the flex harness that runs between the A-pillar and the door. The constant use of the door flexes the wires, and they fail internally.
The door lock switch simply sends a signal to the remote lock module using a different resistance to ground for lock or unlock. As both your locks and windows are not working I suspect the ground is the issue as they share that, but testing from the window switch should tell you.

Thanks, but I apologize for not stating that this is a 2005 convertible and wired different at the dashboard switches. No individual switches for windows. Picture attached of wire colors on connector to 4 window switches on dash.

On connector, with power on and assuming that black and blk/grn are ground, no other wire has any voltage.

Note: driver's door lock has about 5v whether key is on or off. CB2 does have 12v on it.

Okay, the droptop is a bit different, the black with light green are the ground and they still go to the same ground as the other post. However, the convertible also has a second fuse that powers the electronics, fuse 14. The attached are the diagrams for the drop top. The switches send signals out to the modules in the doors that do all the actual work, the only thing there would be the ground on the black, green. The orange wires are signal lines only. I would check that fuse 14. That system also has a smart glass module that can fail and requires a DRBIII scan tool to diagnose it properly. That SGM is also no longer available as a repair part.

Not fuse 14. Darn.
Odd but when I had the door panel off to test the switch, it both locked and unlocked. When I replaced the door panel, it would only unlock again.
I will be seeking repair at my local Chrysler dealer.
Send me a link to your gofundme page as your time is valuable to me.
Thanks.

As it worked with the panel off, I suspect there is either corrosion or a pin fitment issue and it makes intermittent contact when in one position and opens when put back into place. Usually, you end up using a pin fitment tool and pins to probe each connector looking for something loose and looking at each wire for damage or a telltale hourglass depression showing a broken conductor. Those can take some time to find. I think you can find the link here - https://www.2carpros.com/questions/new

I thought the gofund me was in there. I don't normally pay attention to that. https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-us-help-others-get-back-on-the-road?utm_campaign=p_cf+share-flow-1&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_source=customer
