Has new wiper motor and new multi switch function, fuses are all good. any help would be appreciated.

Wind shield wipers and turn signals do not work

Welcome to 2CarPros.
Have you checked to see if there is power to the wiper motor? Also, I just read through the schematics for the wipers and the signals and I did find one common ground. The first three pics below are related specifically to the wiper motor. Pic 4 is from the exterior lighting schematic. In pic 4, I circled a common ground. It indicates the location. Check to make sure that has a good connection without corrosion and nothing is loose or broken.
Let me know what you find.
