Will not start

Battery was drained so I jumped the car, it started and ran for about a minute then shut off. I then replaced the battery with a new one. Car cranks over well now but will not start.

Does the security light or theft light remain on past bulb check or flash?
Is there any check engine light remaining on or flashing?
If no to both of them lights, can you hear the fuel pump run for about two seconds once you first turn the key to run, before you turn the key to start?
Are you sure this is a 1998 Buick Lucerne because from what I read it was only available from 2006-2011.
I do not see a 3.2 l engine either. What are the eighth and tenth digits of your VIN number?
