So, I’m driving down the interstate and my car just shuts down completely and the oil and engine light comes on, it wasn’t over heated or anything. It has oil and antifreeze. So, I get it towed home and I take of the intake manifold, I check all of the coil packs, all of the coils, check the fuel, it works. I checked by hooking the hose and trying to turn it over it squirted gas everywhere, so that’s working. All the coil packs are good. I checked those with a multimeter. Also, the fuel reservoir thing is that cuts the fuel off in case of an accident is fine, the battery is fine, and so is the alternator. I’m getting air and fuel. I also added a video of the car and what it sounds like. will also be adding pics of the error codes I took with an obd 2.

So, if the MAF sensor is not working the PCM will not allow fuel to enter the engine, since you have a code for this sensor, I would get a new one and install it which should fix the problem. Thanks for the videos, they help. Here is the location for the sensor. Check out the images. (Below) Please let us know how it goes.

Yes, the crankshaft sensor will cause this issue. Also, will the engine run on starting fluid? If not, I would try the crankshaft sensor after I check the system for spark.

Here are two guides to help and the crankshaft sensor location in the images below:

and

Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the engine cranking over so we can see what's going on.

Ken L, so I have spark and cam and crank sensors installed still won’t start I removed the fuel filter and the fuel return line is blocked could that be the cause and how do I unclog without replacing the fuel line and I can’t put sea foam in without the engine turning over will replacing the fuel filter work enough for the car to turn over? Also, all 6 spark plugs are sparking and coil packs are okay.

Yes, it should also try to get the engine to run on starting fluid. Here is a generic guide to help you step by step with instructions in the diagrams below to show you how on your car:

Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find.
