We have replaced the fuel pump. The former fuel pump was not pumping.
When initially trying to start the engine, the engine "burps" or quietly misfires and does not catch up, or it does fire up and "runs" for maybe one second, then abruptly shuts off. All the dash lights come on upon turning the key for beginning to start. This can go on for hours and never "catch" and accelerate as would be the normal function.
We have checked the appropriate fuses for injectors.
