Started losing power why is this happening?

I put a brand new battery in it and 6 new spark plugs and all new fluids in my car and after I did they when I went to get her gas on my way home she started losing power to accelerate and now doesn’t wanna accelerate or go above 0 on the dash board

Above 0 what, the speedometer? Do you have a check engine light on? If this happened right after the repairs I would call the garage that did the work and tell them. It sounds like they left one of the main computer grounds off which is common. Here is a guide to help get the codes
