Engine stalls while driving

Just to clarify, the engine stalls only when you go to wide open throttle but doesn't do this any more after you do it a few times?

This sounds like a throttle sensor or even an air intake sensor. Here is a guide that will help with this issue in more general terms. However, let's start with this info and go from there.

I believe i wasn't clear in my question. In order for the stall to pass I have to go to full throttle a few times. Then car will run fine after that. I put scan tool on and have these codes: p0175, p0172, p0132 and p0152. Which I think may have something to do with replacing o2 sensors?

P0132 - o2 sensor circuit 1/1 voltage high
P0152 - o2 sensor circuit 2/1 voltage high
P0172 - Fuel System 1/1 rich
P0175 - Fuel System 2/1 rich

These codes are basically saying the same thing. They are both showing that the fuel system is rich. So we need to run through the testing that I attached to figure out what is causing it.

Thank you for your reply. I opened the hood yesterday and the left o2 sensor looking from front of car the black wire broke loose from sensor.
Should i just replace all 4? And which side is upstream and which side is downstream?

Can you get a picture of what happened? If the wire is loose then you need a connector or wiring harness and not the sensor. The upsteam is in front of or before the converter. The downstream is below or behind the converter.

I got rid if the old sensor and replaced it with one that came out of the bad engine. Here is the pic. It's the black wire that was frayed and broke off the top of the sensor.

So you replaced the sensor and pigtail with one that was okay? Sorry, but I don't see where the wire is damaged. Maybe get a closer picture of the damaged area. However, this wire can be repaired as long as you have enough slack on both sides to solder them back together.

Understood. About an hour ago i was driving the car and the check engine began to flash and the engine stalled. I was lucky to make it home. So i parked it until i can replace the remaining 3 o2 sensors and try to clear these codes.
