White smoke with excessive water out muffler

White smoke at start up. Went undercarriage and seen a stream of constant water out the muffler right before the tail end small hole in muffler.

Sounds like you have a blown cylinder head gasket. Check your engine oil. If it is muddy/milky/chocolate milky, then water has seeped into the combustion chambers and also into the oil pan.
