White smoke from exhaust during beginning of start

My car is emitting white smoke during beginning of start. recently have done stem seal, piston rings, timing belt , gasket, air filter replacement. Also done throttle body cleaning. unable to clear O2 sensor error (mechanic told for replacement) and oil level is going down considerably. please advice, whether i have to do any diagnostics on the vehicle.

White smoke is often coolant being burnt, do you have to top up the engine coolant ata all?

but there is a drop in engine oil level, ( coolant level not changed).

engine oil will burn with a bluish color, if oil consumption is high, you can start with compression test dry first and then wet, that is with a small amount of oil in the cylinder to temporary seal the rings, if the comps come up considerably you may have a ring not sealing do this test first.

had done compression test before to repair, it was 12.7. (range 13). bore surface is good as per mechanic. also replaced with new rings.
Smoke color is actually bluish white.

If you are using full synthic oil rings will not bed in and this will cause oil consumption

im using servo 20w40 oil and after rings replacemen, car has done 1500kms,
Will it take somemore time for bedding? or should i change the oil grade.?

Straight 30 wt.conventional should work

If the cylinders have not been remachined the rings will never seat. A rebuilt engine should always have the cylinders bored no matter how many miles are on the block.
