White smoke coming from middle of the bottom vehicle?

I live in Minnesota and the weather has been super cold and I am just wondering if it is normal for exhaust to be coming out of the middle of the car. I’m not sure if it’s exhaust or just vapor because it is so cold out, I will post a few photos and a video for further explanation. Thank you.

Yes, please post the video or images of the problem, yes you will get a lot of steam in cold weather and if the exhaust system is broken or has a leak it will come out from the middle of the car. Here is a diagram of the exhaust system so you can use a flashlight to inspect it. You might want to start the car to help with the inspection. Check out the images (below).
