White smoke out of exhaust pipe

It runs and sounds good, don't see any leaks from engine, temperature is good. But thick white smoke when I stop and idling sometimes when I accelerate.

Have you noticed the coolant level slowly getting lower? If you are losing coolant it's a sign you might be having a head gasket issue.Here is a tutorial showing the cause of white smoke from the exhaust:
