White maybe a little blueish smoke out the tailpipe

Never had any of issues or smoke before an oil change at tire pros and now that I discovered they overfilled the engine with oil I've drained to correct level which helped but still smoking. The head gaskets isn't leaking. Is it the turbo filled with oil? Did they destroy my new GT turbo?

You could have oil all through the exhaust system. It should eventually burn off if you have no leaks.
