I was driving for 10-20 minutes, I park to head in a store for about 15 minutes, got out and drove for like 9 minutes and parked for about 5 minutes and during that time I revved and noticed smoke coming out my vehicle exhaust and smelled a little burnt but not mildly it’s like if something is burning far away and you get a whiff of it smell. Once I got home and shut off the car for like 20 minutes I revved again, and nothing came out? No smoke, no smell, no nothing. I checked and some people said it could be blown head gasket but there was no coolant leak, no loss of coolant and my oil was on level. I don’t know what it could be.

Hi,

Oftentimes, it is coolant getting into the combustion chamber, but that usually won't fix itself.

Could the smoke have been steam burning off in the exhaust system? Has the problem reoccurred?

As far as a head gasket possibility, take a look through this link, it explains what to look for as far as problems are concerned:

One other thought. Most times coolant will have a sweet smell to it. Did you notice anything like that when this happened?

Let me know.
