whistling noise

Making a whistling noise, while speeding up, while driving, while slowing down, had the rotors and brake pads done, new tires and wheel alignment. Also while driving on smooth pave seems to shake a little?

whistling noise could be vacuum leak or wind blowing against something. if it shakes a little then try moving tires frt to back see if that makes a difference Have it looked at locally for noise.
