Whining noise while driving

Recently i had to change front side axle as it was damaged due to a mistake from a guy who wanted to rotate the wheel by lifting one tire only.
ever since the axle has been replaced, there is a strange noise which comes inside the car and it is hard to understand which side as it hums throughout the entire cabin. but the noise is directly related to the pedal movement. if i press hard, the noise increases, if i leave the pedal, the noise becomes significantly low but still remains.

Do you get this noise while stationary or only while moving?

Does it change with engine speed or vehicle speed?

What was actually replaced? If it was the axle, the hub bearing may not be tight enough or too tight. What I want you to do is this. Drive the vehicle in a safe area. While driving, safely turn left and right to see if the tone of the noise changes. I have a feeling you have a problem with a hub bearing. If you turn left and the noise gets louder, the right front wheel bearing is the problem. This works the opposite, too.

I attached a pic of the hub bearing that I am referring to. See Picture 1.

If you determine this is the problem, here are the directions for replacing the hub assembly.

Let me know what you find.
