Whining noise after timing chain replacement?

I recently had my timing chain replaced after it jumped time and broke all the guides. After the repair I noticed the car makes a whistling whining noise and it gets louder the more you accelerate. Do you know what this could possibly be?

check you air intake system for any leaks. if there are any leaks it will make this type of noise
