Whining noise when accelerating

I have the vehicle listed above Coupe.lately when I accelerate I’ve noticed it started to have a whining noise not anything hi pitch but enough for me to notice. I can still hear the turbo whistle while the noise goes on as well so I know it’s not the turbo.
