Where is the ignition control module located?

Hi,

There is no longer a stand-alone Ignition Control Module (ICM). The ICM has been integrated into the PCM. See pic 1 below.

I suspect you lost spark. If you have a live data scanner, see if there is an RPM signal when cranking the engine. If there is none, chances are the crankshaft position sensor (CKP) has failed. It is in the rear of the engine. See pic 2 below.

If you don't have a live data scanner but the car has a tachometer, see if it moves slightly when cranking.
