where is the TCM located or is it part of the PCM?

Transmission is in limp mode. Stuck in either second or third gear. No gear position indicated unless its in park. The battery also has a current draw and drains the battery unless you pull the fuse out of position number 9.

Would that be fuse 9 in the Power Distribution Module under the hood? There shouldn't be any current flow through that fuse with the ignition switch off. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
