Where is the oil pump located?

It sounds like the oil pump pickup is clogged up with gunk which is common when the engine oil changes have not been done. You will need to remove the oil pan to clean it. Here is the location of the oil pump and how to remove the pan to clean the pickup. Check out the images below.
