Where is the location to bank 1 knock sensor?

The knock sensor bank 1 is on the right side of the engine block just below the cylinder head. Here are the locations so you can see in the images below. Let us know if you need anything else.

Do I have to remove Intake manifold to access it?

Fortunately not, it is on the outside of the engine block just below the cylinder heads.

On the front of the engine by the exhaust manifold or on the rear of engine by catalytic converter?

The knock sensor bank 1 is on the right side of the engine block (middle) just below the cylinder head.
