Code p0335, where is the crankshaft position sensor A located?

Hi,

There is only one crankshaft position sensor. By chance, did you mean the camshaft position sensor?

As far as the crankshaft position sensor, I attached a picture below showing the location. Let me know if that is what you needed or if you have other questions.

Note: The code you listed is for the crankshaft position sensor. I just want to make sure I'm giving you the correct info. When you say sensor A, that sounds like a reference to a camshaft position sensor.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve got a 3 different check engine codes it was a p0335 which was crank i just need the location, but I also got a p0340 and a p0345.

Hi,

The two additional codes, P0340 and P0345 are for the camshaft position sensors. Note: when you look at the valve covers, there will be a total of 4. Two are exhaust. The two you are looking for are highlighted in the picture below. Also, the B1 and B2 which are poorly written, indicate banks 1 and 2.
