Where is the input speed sensor location on the transmission?

When driving comes to stop it cuts out motor still running then have to wait a few minutes shut down and restart then it will move.

Yep, it sounds like the input shaft speed sensor has gone out. here is the location so you can change it out in the images below. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
