Where is the heater control valve?

Having trouble locating the HCV for the van listed above 1500. Can't find any diagrams anywhere on the internet. Also I am seeing 2 port and 4 port HCV that say they both fit my van.. is that possible???

Here are the instructions from the manual on this bypass valve. I am not sure where the 4 port valve would come in unless there is a rear system that is separate and they run it from the same coolant source.
