where is the fuse for the blower fan?

The blower motor fan fuse is located in the vehicle, left side under the dash. It is fuse 23. See the attached pic from the wiring schematic.

i checked fuse 23 and it is good.

fuse 23 is the big 40 amp one, is that correct?

it is the only 40m amp fuse visible, is that also correct?

because my fuse 23 is in the upper right hand corner .
