Flasher Relay or the Turn Signal Relay location needed

I just bought LED turn signals and I want to prevent the bulbs from hyper flashing without using resistors and wire-tapping. Where would the flasher relay be located and if it was possible to switch out?

No flasher on that car it is all switched inside the dash panel assemblies computer. Nothing that can be changed out, I would be very careful with adding anything as it's very easy to burn out the computer circuits in them as it is in many of the newer cars these days. Have replaced quite a few expensive parts because of LED kits that were not really tested before being sold. Just a friendly warning.
