Where is the charcoal Canister located?

Hello, service information states the Charcoal canister is in the rear of the vehicle, and to remove a rear frame section, I'll post the info for you, but exactly what valve do you need to replace? The Canister Vent valve or Purge valve?

You'll notice where the Charcoal Canister is related to the spare tire well, so it's going to be located near the spare tire well but underneath the vehicle. The Canister Vent Valve is back with the Canister, but the Evap Purge valve is in the engine compartment (diagram 6). So, if you are getting a certain code setting, that would help with diagnosing the issue.
