My heat will blow but then it will just blow like fan like temperature. I also hear a clicking noise.

Yep, that ticking noise is telling you the actuator is bad here is the location so you can change it out to fix the problem. There are more than one so to confirm the problem you should be able to feel the actuator clicking. From what you have described I would say the Mode door actuator is bad. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
