Where is the blend door actuator?

Air blows hot at all times. Set to cold? Blows hot. Set to AC? Blows hot. Turn it off? Hot air still seeps out. My best guess is the blend door actuator after reading the net, but im not a car guy and I'm really at a loss here as to where it's at. Or if it's even called that on this car as an internet search shows nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance ☺️

Yep, it sounds like the air mix blend door actuator is not working, did you hear some clicking noises from under the dash? if so this can be a sure sign the actuator is bad, but it can still be bad and not make noise fyi.
