Where can I find the bolts for my hood?

I was driving and the hood came up and shattered the windshield. I replaced the windshield and hood but I don't know where to find the bolts for the hood. I still have the latch but I want to be able to screw the latch to the hood. Where can I get the screw bolts for the latch? Also if possible, where can I get the latch? I don't think I need the latch but I am just trying to find the prices. Thanks in advance.
