When the ignition turn on, the kick starter will not crank

It started when i drive to a place and park, when i come back to re-start to go the ignition is turn on, but nothing will crank, even the kick starter will not crank giving absolute silence for up to ten times attempts. Then i will wait for about 30-45 Minutes before it the car will start. Finally now, when at a time the engine cranked and about to start, my battery ran down. Since then, the car has not start with same battery, doing same for a week now. In order to solve the problem, i unprofessionally added single flex tread wire to every fuse, still same.
Please what is the problem and what will i do?
