When I turn my indicators on my hazard lights activate

When I turn my indicator left or right signal the hazard lights come on. I replaced the headlight bulbs and that fixed the problem for twenty four hours but now it is back. Any ideas?

Hello,

It sounds like the multi-function switch is having an issue. (Hazard switch) Can you try cycling the switch on and off ten times to help clean the contacts? Here is the wiring diagrams for the system so you can see how it works. Also check fuses 16, 17 and 36. Here is a guide:
