I start the car there is an engine rumbling noise and when i press on the gas to go faster it makes a humming sound. What is causing this?

It sounds like you have a idler bearing that is out. To be sure can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response. That way I can tell for sure whats going on. Please let me know.
