It seems to have rough idle when i come to a stop at a red light. the codes the OBD 2 is giving me are P0113 and P0031.

when i am driving the car suddenly jerks three times then keeps going, codes P0113 and P0031

The P0031 indicates an issue with the heated oxygen sensor and the P0113 is with the intake air temp sensor. I suspect the O2 sensor may be setting due to the IAT. What needs done is to check both. I would start with the IAT, but the diagnostics require a live data scanner.
I will attach the diagnostics in the pics below. If it is something you can't do at home, please let me know.
