I need to know if i can use the right rear wheel speed sensor of the left rear side.

Hello, it looks like you cannot use the wheel speed sensor on the other side. They are both different part numbers, it also looks like there is almost a $100.00 difference in price from the manufacturer. So, there must be a significant difference in the design of the sensors.
