Wheel locked up

Drove for about twenty feet, give or take and then the back driver wheel locked up and won’t move. Acts like the emergency brake is on (it’s not) or like it has a boot on the wheel.

Is the ABS light of the brake light illuminated on the dash?

Was there any service performed before this issue?

Failure of the ABS system can lock up wheel. If the electronic brake module malfunctions it can send constant pressure to a given wheel and cause it to lock up.
That often triggers the ABS light.

If the ABS light is on, then it will be a good idea to scan and retrieve the ABS codes.
