Hi, the garage said I have a rear bearing trouble and needs changing. so I took it to a mechanic and he said it was alright. What should I do? I have the part so do you think I could do the job myself?

I would check the bearing yourself, does it make noise or does it have play? If so here is a guide that will give you an idea on how to get the job done.
