I noticed about two hundred miles ago a constant whirring/humming noise on my car at twenty five mph or more. When I turn the steering wheel right, it disappears. Yesterday I started to feel the steering wheel loosen and the floor vibrating a lot. When I bought the car three months ago it did the same thing and the car dealer had the left wheel bearing changed for me. Why is the noise not only back but worse and now feels dangerous to drive?

You need to jack up the car and feel for any movement in the bearing, there should be no movement pulling the wheel in and out top to bottom. Also, check that the drive shaft outer nut is tight and tie rod and ball joints are okay. Put the car on a stand while checking, never get under a car just sitting on a jack.
