What is this weird rattling noise?

Theres this rattling noise from the engine.

That is a strange noise, can I ask if the noise changes when you push in the clutch? If so, it will be transmission related. Also, does the noise come from the front or rear of the engine? If it is coming from the front of the engine, I would remove the drive belt to see if that makes a difference. Let me know what you find.
