Well it looks like your vehicle has a few problems. Nine fault codes which all relate to engine controls.

P0102 - Mass Airflow Circuit - Low Voltage Input
P0134 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit - No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0135 - Oxygen sensor - Heater circuit malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0140 - Oxygen Sensor Circuit - No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 2)
P0141 - Oxygen sensor - Heater circuit malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 2)

P1421 - Secondary Air Injection Valve - Short To Ground
P1425 - Tank Ventilation Valve - Short To Ground
P1451 - Secondary Air injection Circuit - Short to Ground
P1472 - EVAP Control System LDP Circuit - Short To Ground

From all of these I would start by checking all of the fuses as a short to ground will usually cause a few to blow. Then check the harness for damage from exhaust heat or abrasion. The 4 EVAP related codes at the bottom can be a variety of things. Most of which you need a dealer level scan tool to test and verify operation.

It is not really bad, just an annoyance.

I'm not in California but looking at the smog web site it looks like if you get it repaired and it passes then you can drive it. But from the way the law reads, if you were taking it to be tested for a registration or renewal they will not do either as it was tagged as a gross polluter. For more information call the number on the sheet. They know the law better than I do.

I would take it to a shop and get it repaired, then get it tested again. It actually looks like it isn't a major repair.
