What year hemi engines are interchangeable?

I have the truck listed above 1500 .the cam and lifters are no longer good. I was quoted about 3k Canadian by one of my mechanic friends for parts and labor and 5k in a shop. I do not want to dump 3-5gs in a old motor with 250km. I found a motor out of a 2019 classic with 15,249 miles on it for the same price. would it fit in my truck if I swap over all the sensors and everything else? Thanks!
