Hello again people of 2carpros.

This young lady brought to me this car SXT model, because of overheating. I made all the work for that, but there is this sensor I want to know what sensor is if you can help me again I will appreciate.
I am asking because when you try to start the engine this sensor sounds loud like a relay when sounds and vibrate. I do not know if this is causing me a problem. I will thanks the help. like always. Juan Marín.
If you need more information or photos let me know. It is located at the passenger side, in the passenger corner of the cylinder head.

That is not a sensor. That is an actuator solenoid for the VVT (Variable Valve Timing) system. It controls oil flow into camshaft actuator.

Thanks. Okay, what problems made if it is not working properly? How do I test it? What is the process to test it? That sound that I hear is normal? Or indicate that is probably damage?

Do not worry, if it is not working it will set a code and the check engine light will come on. So I would not be concerned with it right now.
