Yes, they do. I would suggest taking that picture to a Ford parts department and show them the picture. They will know what to hunt for with that information.

That is a reference number for the parts guy. He needs to look at that reference number and then it will show the part number.

You need to go to a Ford dealership parts department. They will give you the part number from the reference number. I do not have the parts catalog that identifies the part number.
