Pumping the gas on a fuel injected car won't add fuel unless the engine is running. There is no fuse for the pump, it is powered off by a common power feed that supplies a lot of other items in the truck. The control for the pump is a relay that is in the fuse box under the dash.
That relay is grounded through the ECM, it receives power through the ignition control fuse that is in the same box. You can test the relay wiring by using a test light to test the powers into the relay. The relay will look like the image. With the key on one of each set of terminals should have power. The copper set is the control coil. The brass set powers the pump. Find the two power feeds, now connect the test light to power and touch the socket terminal the other copper terminal was in. Now turn the key off then on. You should see the prime pulse turn the light on. If you see that the control side is OK. Now take a jumper wire and jumper the socket where the brass terminals were. That should turn the pump on. If you still have no fuel, then it's a bad pump or wire to the pump.
